The Opportunity

Casino magnate and local Reno legend Bill Harrah first established Rancharrah as a peaceful escape for raising his family, away from the hustle and bustle of the Reno lifestyle while still being close to all the action. His son, John Harrah, carried on his legacy, and decided to turn his beloved family estate into a place where families from all over could live and thrive. The creation of this new community was a massive undertaking, featuring 141 acres, custom homesites, luxury single-family and cluster homes, a club, spa, restaurant, equestrian center and more. Rancharrah needed the right agency to establish the new estate’s branding.

The Vision

Augustine’s role in the project encompassed more than just marketing and advertising. The Rancharrah team placed their trust in our Visioneers, and we were available for around the clock support. Augustine named the villages, the streets, the club, the restaurant and the spa, and that was only the beginning. We designed engaging and immersive graphics for the sales pavilion as well as interactive digital experiences designed to encapsulate the magic that comes with living in this community. Sign programs and a dynamic website added to the enticement for both future community members and builder partners, and our Visioneers even delivered on event ideation and member relations.

The Results

To say the hard work paid off would be an understatement. At the initial Grand Opening event, all custom homesites sold above market price. That’s what we call a vision realized to its fullest potential.
