Augustine is actively recruiting for an experienced Senior Account Executive to support its continued growth and expansion. This person is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and is tasked with building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ expectations, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

Job Overview

The Senior Account Executive serves as the day-to-day interface between the agency and one or more key client accounts, working with the account team, creative, digital and production to fulfill client needs and provide deliverables based on the client’s scope of work and expectations set by Augustine. This individual is responsible for the execution of the account, as well as the strategic efforts to identify new opportunities for account growth. The Senior Account Executive works closely with the Account Director on the client account.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides superlative service and effectively engages client decision makers at every stage on a day-to-day basis.
  • Maintains productive relationships with internal teams (creative, digital, accounting, finance).
  • Provides tactical support: executing creative briefs, proofing creative, submitting detailed work orders, etc.
  • Communicates job progress to team and manages approved project timing and
  • Develop proficiency across all internal workflow and financial management
  • Effectively communicates our unique product offerings and sells agency’s capabilities to
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • 3-5 years of agency Destination Marketing, Travel and Tourism, Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of integrated marketing, consumer behavior, digital marketing, social media, and creative services/production
  • Destination Marketing/Travel and Tourism experience is a major plus
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of project and time management
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly
  • Ability to work effectively within a highly collaborative and interconnected environment
  • Ability to work in variety of settings – in office, remote and on location for client meetings, video/photo shoots, etc.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills are required
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance to clients

Location / Hours / Travel

This is a full-time position. We are a hybrid team working remotely, but with expectations to meet in person as often as necessary for client/project goals.
