Augustine created the overall master-plan community brand to leverage one of Reno’s most iconic properties—the former estate of casino magnate Bill Harrah, establishing it as the premier destination to live and play. The 141-acre community, which included a club, spa, restaurant, equestrian center and more, featured a mix of custom home-sites, as well as luxury single-family and cluster homes.

Augustine’s role in the project encompassed more than just marketing and advertising. From naming the villages, streets and club restaurant and spa, to designing the sales pavilion graphics and interactive digital experience, sign program, website (both B2B – business to builder – and B2C focused), event ideation, member relations and all ongoing marketing efforts, the team was responsible for around the clock support to ensure the project’s success.

The initial Grand Opening event for the first phase of the project resulted in the sale of all 44-custom home-sites released in just 2 days garnering over market prices.
