Growing up the youngest of three sisters on a Wilton farm, Debbie wasn’t exactly your average kid. While most of her pals were firing up their Easy Bake ovens, Debbie was firing up her twirling batons (literally!) and tossing swirls of fire high into the air. Debbie has never stopped playing with fire and making sparks fly, but now it’s with her innovative ideas and solid expertise. A creative force for more than 30 years, Debbie heads up one of the top advertising agencies in Northern California and has led her creative team in concepting for all major accounts. Her inventive approach to advertising and leadership has earned her the reputation for award-winning creative, unparalleled service and the distinction as Ad Person of the Year. Naturally creative and a passionate writer, Debbie started Augustine with the same exuberance that she has for life, and that “joie de vivre” continually reflects the vision and philosophy of the entire agency.

By day, Mike leads his creative team in concepting campaigns, developing brands and managing his impressive crew of designers. By night, he’s thinking of ways to make everything from almonds to avocados to POS to UI/UX look and sound irresistible through extensive campaign and print/digital art direction and design.
When he’s not leaping tall branding concepts in a single bound, Mike loves holding hands with his wife while taking a long walk on the beach, shredding the gnar on a wakeboard, and playing with his energetic kids, sans his cape, of course.
As account director, Lindsay consistently hits it out of the park (and not just because she’s a die-hard San Francisco Giants fan who happens to looks fabulous in black and orange). With an adventurous passion for travel, Lindsay’s a natural when it comes to destination marketing. She’s a master strategist who executes long-term marketing plans for clients in the destination, hospitality, tourism, wine, and food industries, all with spot-on insight and success. Under her leadership, Lindsay and her team consistently scale new heights in the business, delighting clients and attaining numerous ADDY awards from the Sacramento Ad Club.
When taking time off from developing the ultimate tourism experience, Lindsay’s most likely playing with her beloved pups, pushing through a spinning class, or catching a Giants game with her husband and family.
